Last year, January 2019 . I got a phone call from my family that there was no heat in the house round 5pm. I do have little ones in the house. -28/0 outside . I was in the USA by the time. I called Jeff and once I mentioned that the children were freezing in the house. He said lts very cold outside and the tempture will continued to drop over night let me go fix the heat for the kids first.
