Geoffrey came to my place of work and did a great job! He asked questions before starting and was very upfront with the price at every stage of the repair. He took his time to find the issue and he explained everything he was doing. He wasn’t pushing extra services. He was straight forward and to the point. He let us know the steps he was going to take and what steps would come after if he needed too. Nothing was a surprise, he did exactly what he said. He is very patient as well.
