These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services provided by Masters Plumbing Heating & Air Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By scheduling or receiving services from Masters Plumbing Heating & Air, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

- Estimates and Quotes
Estimates and quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.
Actual conditions discovered during service may require adjustments to the scope of work or pricing.
Estimates are valid for 5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Any additional work outside the original scope will be discussed with the customer and must be approved before work proceeds.
- Diagnostic and Service Call Fees
A diagnostic or service call fee is charged to cover the cost of dispatching a trained plumbing or HVAC technician to evaluate your system and provide professional recommendations.
The diagnostic fee applies to the service visit and remains applicable until a repair or installation quote is approved.
If the customer approves the recommended repair or service during the visit, the diagnostic fee will be waived.
If the customer chooses not to proceed with the recommended repair or service, the diagnostic fee remains payable to cover the technician’s time, expertise, and travel.
- Approval of Work
All work must be approved by the customer before it begins
Approval may be provided through:
- signed estimate
- digital approval
- email confirmation
- verbal authorization
Once approval is given, the customer agrees to pay for the authorized work.
- Deposits for Installations
Certain services such as equipment installations or large projects may require a deposit before work is scheduled.
Deposits allow the company to secure equipment, materials, and scheduling resources required for the project.
Deposit amounts will be specified in the estimate or invoice.
- Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- credit card
- debit card
- electronic transfer
- financing options where available
Failure to provide payment may result in additional collection actions as permitted by law.
- Access to Property
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to equipment, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and work areas.
If technicians are unable to access equipment due to obstructions or unsafe conditions, additional labor charges may apply.
Customers are responsible for securing pets and ensuring safe working conditions.
Masters Plumbing Heating & Air reserves the right to stop work if unsafe conditions exist.
- Unforeseen Conditions
During service, technicians may discover additional issues that were not visible during the initial inspection.
If additional repairs or materials are required, the technician will explain the findings and provide updated options before proceeding.
No additional work will be performed without customer approval.
- Equipment and Material Changes
If specified materials or equipment become unavailable, equivalent or upgraded replacements may be recommended.
Customers will be informed and approval will be obtained before any substitution occurs.
- Warranties
Masters Plumbing Heating & Air provides labor warranties on certain repairs and installations as specified on the estimate or invoice.
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts installed by the company and are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.
Warranty coverage may be void if
- equipment is altered or repaired by another contractor
- systems are misused or improperly maintained
- unauthorized modifications occur

If a customer has concerns about the service received, we encourage contacting our office so we can address the issue promptly
- Scheduling and Appointment Windows
Appointments are scheduled within estimated arrival windows.
While we strive to arrive on time, delays may occur due to emergency calls, traffic, weather, or extended service times on previous jobs.
Customers will be notified if delays occur whenever possible.
- Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by contacting our office.
Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service call charge.
- Limitation of Liability
Masters Plumbing Heating & Air Inc. shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to equipment failure, plumbing issues, or system breakdown beyond the scope of services provided.
The company’s liability for services performed shall be limited to the value of the work completed.
- Website Use

Use of this website does not establish a contractor-client relationship until services are scheduled and confirmed.
- Changes to These Terms
