The engineer, Geoffrey from Mechanical Masters represented his organization very well. He did such a great job fixing my bathroom that had bothered me for weeks. He was very quick in responding to my call and when he arrived on site he was all suited up in safety gear as expected in these covid times. He was very courteous clearly explaining the issue I had and how he would go about fixing it. He then went on to fix my bathroom very professionally and surely left my bathroom looking much better than my builder had it in. Geoffrey cleaned up the area he worked as well as his tracks. He did not feel too bothered in educating me on a few other concerns I had presented questions to him about. It was a truly great experience all around. Thank you.

A plumber from Mechanical Masters Inc came to our house in Edmonton to diagnose a leak in our kitchen ceiling. He made some repairs to the upstairs bathroom - after ~$600 (of which ~$150 was for unrelated job in our main floor laundry room) we still had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. The next day, we had another company (Gentlemen Plumbers) who used sophisticated equipment and traced the leak to the plumbing vent stack in the roof, not a leak from the upstairs bathrooms! The plumber from Gentlemen Plumbers said that Mechanical Masters had performed and charged us for unnecessary work. Mechanical Masters did arrive quickly, but I wish we had contacted Gentlemen Plumbers first and will do so in the future.

Was referred to them by the Home Depot professionals service. Got a call within hours of leaving the store and they set up an appointment to come out and look at my issue. Geoffrey came promptly, introduced himself and took a look at the project. He quoted me a price and time frame. He finished faster than anticipated. He showed me the work and explained what he had done, then pack everything up and left. Super fast, courteous, and professional. I'm keeping his card.
