I have used Geoffrey for 2 installations of thermostats and I was blown away with how professional and quick the services where. He is very knowledgeable and when he had to do some trouble shooting it took no time at all! Great experience with these guys. Hot water tank was on the fritz and they were the only company available on the weekend to replace. Called Saturday and they were in within an hour to diagnose and the next day to replace. Punctual, accommodating, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

On demand water heater was having problem. They came and diagnosed it that the heat exchanger was having problems. Fair price of $100 for a service call diagnosis. The part was covered under warranty, just not labor. They ordered the part needed quickly and did the repair within a few days. Very quick service and nice guys. Sucks the labour costed $1,000 but they did a good job and earned it. Anyone who has on demand hot water, make sure your servicing your unit once a year so this doesn’t happen. Calcium build up apparently was our problem.

We had our furnace stop working on a Saturday night. We called Mechanical Masters and someone came to check the furnace within an hour. Within another hour he managed to fix the issue.

Had lbroken water pipes under my mobile home.Called Mechanical masters inc. and Geoffrey was out within 24 hours, had the problem assessed and repaired. He is polite, efficient, does quality work at a decent price. . definitely a 5 star

In less than 24 hours of reaching out to Mechanical Masters Inc., they were at my home with the toilet issues assessed and repaired. Because both toilets in the home were needing some attention, they gave me a bit of a pricing break on my second toilet fix. A definite 5-star experience!

I contacted Geoffrey based on the recent reviews and he came as per the schedule. The heater was previously looked at by three different guys who were not able to fix it, but Geoffrey was able to get it going in only couple of hrs., I highly recommend him as he is knowledgeable and get it done in a proper way!

I contacted Geoffrey and made an appointment. He came promptly and got to the problem quickly. I had water coming out from under my dishwasher, and I didn’t know if it was the dishwasher or pipes. The problem was a part on my dishwasher. He ordered the part and was back the next morning. The problem was fixed within half an hour. He replaced a hose which he said was substandard. It was winter and the house was too cold. We Called Geoffrey at mechanical masters on Feb 13, 2021 it was in the middle of night at about 2 am and he was here in an hours time and he fixed our 5 year old furnace. He was very professional, he walked me through what he was doing and he did a really good job. And again today March 14, 2021, I called Geoffrey again about my electric stove and walked me through resetting my electric stove while keeping him on speed dial and in a minute the issue was solved. I strongly recommend his services to others and you will not regret.

Very short wait time from the time I called to the time| Jeff arrived. All repairs to the toilet were done quickly and efficiently. Technician was friendly and very courteous.

We first used Mechanical Masters' services 3 yrs ago when my 10 yr water heater broke. Geoffrey gave me the option of repairing or replacing it- I went with repair and it's still working great today. We consulted him again 2 weeks ago to check out the basement heating. Turns out the 17 yr old furnace crapped out due to poor, almost no maintenance on my part (I didn't know I have a second separate furnace- nor how funaces work- whoops). Geoffrey had a better quote for repair of the broken furnace and included a tune-up of the working furnace. He repaired the broken one and tuned-up the working one. I didn't realize how quite and warm properly tuned furnaces can be. I avoided an untimely expense of buying a new furnace system. Highly recommended. He takes his time to diagnose the issue and he will give you information you need to help you decide what works best for you and your house. Timely communication and arrival.

I can’t say enough good things about this company I woke up to a horrible noise coming from my furnace on a Saturday morning of the long weekend They sent a contractor from Francis heat service within the hour He was professional and efficient Fixed the problem promptly and it cost less than another company was going to charge for simply coming out to assess. After many calls to find a plumber to fix our clogged sink and dishwasher . Geoffrey from mechanical master called right back and was here within an hour. He was so sufficient and did such an amazing job . We were very pleased by his work and in such a timely manner. Would 100 % recommend Geoffrey. We will be using him again .

I had a unique situation. I had a hot water tank with a blower motor on the way out. I researched and called all over Red Deer looking for a replacement I could change out on my own. No one in Red Deer could lay hands on one, they didn't know who to call, or the price to get one fluctuated from $750 - $900! I decided to broaden my search to the Edmonton region hoping to get one a little cheaper. I even called a distributor who told me to call their 'mother company', located in Red Deer, who was the highest priced. When I got a call back from Daniel, he took my information, did some digging and called me back within 30 minutes. And he made me a helluva deal! His quote for the motor was not only cheaper, the cheapest in fact by a couple hundred dollars, but he found it in.....RED DEER!!! He arranged for me to pick it up, provided me with the paperwork ahead of time and accepted payment via eTransfer. I had the motor home and replaced the following day. He took a chance on getting me something he wouldn't have a hand in, for a simple request, that I spread the word! And here it is, Mechanical Masters are the bomb! He was fast, courteous and didn't pressure me for the job. He just wanted to be sure my big family had hot water and in floor heating. I will have issues that require services again and I will be willing to pay the mileage from Edmonton to Red Deer area just to have him come do it. Thanks Daniel and the Mechanical Masters team. Fast and amazing service. Came out during the super bowl on Sunday evening because I thought I had a blockage in my drain somewhere. When he found nothing was really blocked, The technician went outside with me in -45 weather to help uncover my septic tanks out of knee deep snow and try and figure out what was going wrong. He discovered we had no power to the outlet outside for our septic pump and promptly went back inside the house to the main breaker to test for breaker failure. In the end the problem was solved and we are so grateful for the service. I will be recommending this company to everyone and keep them in my speed dial!

I called at 2:00am and Geoffre was out first thing the following morning, the work was completed in an exceptionally professional and timely manner he deffinatly has the skills and experience required to get the job done 10/10 would recommend this buisness!
