Geoffrey was able to source a gas valve late on a Friday and after some analyzing he got a motherboard on Saturday. Excellent service and the heat is back on.

When our water heater started causing problems, Jeff from Mechanical Master responded promptly and helped us out. Jeff explained everything professionally and did an exceptional job!

PLEASE READ!!!! Updating! I won't change the 5 Starts to 1, but this is a Warning to others! After investigating and doing some research I noticed that the Business address change, or is inexistent at the time I am updating this review! Geoffrey was playing to get sympathy, saying that his BOSS Mike makes him work at the odd hours and weekends, when actually HE is the boss! He doesn't have any boss! Business address was somewhere in the North side on google maps, but he was saying that the address is in downtown! Lots of shady things going on! However, when contacting him, he's response was very fast, Whomever might he be, and job was done very fast and still holding after few months! Now let's talk Money which for many will be something to think about! To change a "O" ring faucet and couple valves as recommended, cost me as much as I was buying more then 16 brand new sinks same size from Home Depot! Everything was done in less then an hour, but the charge was more than renting an industrial helicopter! I do admire him for making everything legal, you'll have to sign everything before work is done, so cannot complain there! Personally I am very concerned as WHO actually was in my house, then everything else, a business has to be transparent and honest! Your choice!

They did a good job but wow... very expensive!!

We couldn’t find a company to come out when the cold snap hit and our furnace went on the Fritz. We found these guys and within an hour they were out and fixing the furnace. The work was quick and the price was fair. Geoffrey alerted us to an major issue with our hot water tank while fixing the furnace, showed us the issue right away and made availability the next morning to have it replaced. Upon replacing it, there was a water leak issue after he had left (it was not leaking when he was here). We called in a rush as the basement was gaining water. He raced over from his next job, fixed the problem and immediately offered to not only replace the tank the next day but also did a full maintenance on our furnace, apologizing profusely for the issues that had happened. He showed amazing customer service and we were completely satisfied with how his company handled the situation. We would recommend them going forward. He also kept the work area extremely clean after the installation and was very careful as to not ding anything while taking in and out the water tanks.

Our heating went just as the temperatures dropped. Mechanical Masters bumped other appointments and made us a priority. They updated our Navian system, came back after hours to make an adjustment and followed up a few days later to ensure everything was working well. Very happy with the work and the service.
