Good service, fast , that's what I needed

Very pleased with the service. Hot water tank when Friday. Did notice it until late Friday night, no hot water and tank was leaking. Started phoning around Saturday morning 5 or 6 places anywhere from a week or more for an appointment for the ones I could get a hold of until a phoned Masters Plumbing who could come out that day Saturday. They check it and could replace it the next day Sunday which they did. Geoffrey was very helpful knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions and explained thing very clearly. I highly recommend them

Geoffrey explained everything that he was going to do. Answered all of my questions. Gave me a great deal on a new toilet, installation, warranty. Also cleaned everything after he was done. Geoffrey also visited about 3 weeks post toilet installation, to make sure everything is running properly. We also discussed water hardness, the importance of hot water tank and furnace maintenance, which is also something I need to follow up with too. Thanks for everything
