Jeffrey Kyazze came to our rescue at 4am to fix our sump pump. We were exhausted after soaking up water for so many hours. He was here within 15 mins. So thankful for his services.

Excellent service! Was late for appointment time! Appointment time was between 3 and 5 pm they arrived nearly 7 pm, Wouldn't suggest this company cost wise! I understand after hours service little bit more money But for a 5 min job literally 5 mins and a 3 1/4 inch by 24 inch in length plastic hose the Charge was $549.00 and they even said they waived the flat rate after hour service charge which which was $312.00...... I won't lie! I was irritated after knowing the cost they still stayed professional with me and completed the job and was fast doing so But again I really do think I was way overcharged for $12 worth of material.....

Geoffrey was amazing, quick and efficient! Respectful and went over the process with me afterwards to show the work that was done. Highly recommended!

I called around and masters plumbing heating and air answered right away I had an emergency flooded basement due to a failed sump pump Geoffrey able to give some options to get the sump pump replaced and he had all the materials to get the job dome right on the fly very professional explained everything very well great labour and parts warranty and customer service 👍

Very professional and the staff gave me useful information about maintenance of all our heating, water filter and other appliances. And promptly fixed our failed sunk pump.

We recently had our sump pump replaced, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Geoffrey explained everything clearly, and completed the installation professionally and efficiently. He answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Great service made by Jeffrey! He managed to find the root cause of the flood problem as well as setting up a new alarm device for the house. We are very appreciated by his overall service done for us!

Had a sump pump fail and master plumbing came to the rescue. Of course the plumbing issue happened after hours but they answered the call and saved the day. Professionals installed and followed up make it a smooth process. Thanks to my son in law who was available to manage the situation as we were travelling abroad.
